For the third ZUIDAS. magazine we did a cover story with six inspirational women about their passion and their career. What drives them to go for the best results? Willemijn O’Connor is the second in row.

With her 23 years, Willemijn O’Connor may seem a tad young to be a typical Zuidas person. But she fits the mould perfectly: young, beautiful, ambitious and prepared to work hard for a successful future. Willemijn wallows in the inspirational atmosphere at the Zuidas.
Willemijn has been a Zuidas resident for two years now. “Some people are a bit jealous as there’s a certain status attached to living here.” She lives in a student accommodation complex and studies HR Management.
Coach or advisor
In the future, Willemijn sees herself working as a personal coach or careers advisor. Her goal is to inspire people to do things that make them happy. “That could be on an individual basis or within a company working with employees who aren’t really comfortable with their position. And yes, that could well be at the Zuidas!” she laughs.
