Intermezzo has a nice gesture for expats looking for a rental apartment at the Zuidas: they provide an optional ‘expat package’ to make moving in a little bit easier.
Tomorrow, Thursday September 6, the Intermezzo Rental Team organizes an ‘open floor’ session: the entire 5th floor of the building will be open for viewing. Of the 35 apartments ranging in price from € 1,140 to € 3,025 per month (excluding service costs of € 65 per month but including heating costs), six have already been rented out, four are under option, and 25 are still available.
Expat package: floor and curtains
As there’s a fair chance that these apartments will be rented out to expats, Intermezzo put together a special expat package. This means they’ll provide a floor and curtains (of the new owner’s choice) before handing over the keys. And, if needed, they can install a rental washing machine and dryer as well.

There will be an ‘open floor’ tomorrow so viewers can get a good picture of the various apartments that are available. The entire 5th floor will be open for viewing from 17:00 to 19:00 hours. Location: Gustav Mahlerlaan 68A. That’s bang in the middle of the Zuidas!
